Community Development eTRAKiT Portal

The City of Gardena's eTRAKiT portal provides a convenient, web-based platform for residents, contractors and professionals to access and manage their permit applications with the City.
 Please note, not all permits are available for online application at this time.

Login Information

Anonymous Users:  No log-in is required for a general property search.
Public User Account:  click the ‘Setup an Account’ link above to create a Public User Account.
 Log-in is required to apply and/or view permit record(s).


The City of Gardena’s Community Development Department will be communicating directly via the eTRAKiT portal.

  eTRAKiT will be the platform where the Community Development Department, residents and contractors can upload documents and communicate efficiently.

  All future communication and document sharing will take place through eTRAKiT.
